We recently used Susan to buy a downtown condo at the W. Being from out of state and with limited travel available we were totally dependent on her as our eyes, ears and nose. Moving very quickly she took our wants and immediately got to work visiting the buildings that had potential and cataloging availability, pricing, amenities, floor plans, views and the like. Susan is a longtime friend and we knew that she was experienced and familiar with homes and pricing in our area. When the time came to actually put the house on the market, she was instrumental in helping us price it correctly and stage it for sale. Once we went on MLS, the house sold immediately! My wife and I worked with Susan on the purchase of our second home in Austin. We cannot recommend Susan enough! Buying a home is a remarkably stressful process. Susan did a great job putting our minds at ease and was always available to answer questions or bounce ideas off of. She was very generous with her time and didn't try to push us into a home that we were not 100% happy with. She really does have her client's best interest at heart. In the end, Susan helped us to negotiate not only a lower price, but also a new roof for our home (after the inspector uncovered some hail damage). We can’t say enough about Susan and how great our experience with her was! Susan helped us find a beautiful home in Austin when we thought it wouldn’t be possible.
