I’ve known Susan Avant for quite a while as our sons were in school together. I specifically selected Susan because she’s always been very positive and knowledgeable about her profession. Her professionalism is a source of confidence in her for me. I feel she was discreet and confidential in her dealings with us both in giving a fair assessment of our house to be sold and her advice in the house we chose to have built. During the construction process, she went above and beyond in attending construction meetings, advising us on selections and reassuring us as we progressed through the process. I doubt every realtor would have been as attentive. Selling our house proved to be a challenge, but she reassured us, giving us advice along the way as to how we might improve the marketing of our house. It took a while in a competitive market, but she kept us abreast of changes, competing homes, and in the end, guided us as we made our decision on a buyer. I highly recommend Susan Avant.

Monica Jones was the first we have needed in many years. I was concerned about how to find a realtor I could trust. I could not be happier that I was able to find Monica. Our property was very unique and even in the current seller's market, we knew it would take a buyer with specific needs. Monica walked us through the complete process, kept us on track for every showing, meeting, etc. She had a professional give me advice on how to set up my interior, and had professional photographs taken that showcased the many positives we had.
