Susan Avant is a true professional in her field. We had tried another agent for 3 months and our house not only didn't sell, but it wasn't being shown very much. That is the case with Susan Avant, our Realtor. Susan Avant handled the selling of our beloved 804 condo and did a superior job handling all aspects of it. There wasn't a single question that we could come up with that Susan didn't know the answer immediately. All of her feedback turned out to be spot on. Her experience is 10 miles deep. To us, that is the key to making sure the transaction goes smoothly. In our mind, knowing how to handle situations that pop up in realtime quickly and correctly is what separates the pros from the others. She was highly responsive - even at night, weekends, and whenever the situation called for it. Susan also aggressively marketed our condo - without us even asking her to. For example, imagine our surprise when we found our condo on the back cover of the Compass full-color magazine! In addition, she marketed our property to contacts in other geographies such as Houston. Many buyers in Austin come from other geographies. That "getting the word out" maximized our exposure and ultimately helped find interested buyers. My wife and I strongly recommend Susan for any residential real estate effort you may have!

Monica Jones was such a pleasure to work with as our realtor. She sat down with me and talked me through the whole process months before we bought our house.
