We recently used Susan to buy a downtown condo at the W. Being from out of state and with limited travel available we were totally dependent on her as our eyes, ears and nose. Moving very quickly she took our wants and immediately got to work visiting the buildings that had potential and cataloging availability, pricing, amenities, floor plans, views and the like. She presented us the findings in a very organized and easy to understand format. Once we narrowed our focus to a building she helped us pick the units that best met our goals and make a compelling offer in our comfort zone. We were able to close on our unit quickly and get to work furnishing.
