Susan Avant has helped me buy and sell my last two homes. She worked patiently with me on finding the right home, recommended the right inspectors, and negotiated the price with the sellers' realtor. And when it was time to move on, she worked hard to publicize the sale among professional realtors and the public, held open houses, and negotiated the sale. Susan Avant is a true professional in her field. We had tried another agent for 3 months and our house not only didn't sell, but it wasn't being shown very much.
