What we most appreciated about Susan is her friendly calm demeanor - how, when problems emerge, she handles them smoothly and carefully. This was particularly important to us in COVID times, when it was tricky to show our house safely. She sat in the sweltering Austin sun wearing a mask and talked to us for more than an hour! She priced our house correctly and got us over asking price, all within a couple of weeks. Along with Chase, her assistant, she made the process relatively painless. It's important to have such a cool head at the helm of such large transactions, and we deeply appreciate how she handled all of the issues we were faced with. My wife and I worked with Susan on the purchase of our second home in Austin. We cannot recommend Susan enough! Buying a home is a remarkably stressful process. Susan did a great job putting our minds at ease and was always available to answer questions or bounce ideas off of. She was very generous with her time and didn't try to push us into a home that we were not 100% happy with. She really does have her client's best interest at heart. In the end, Susan helped us to negotiate not only a lower price, but also a new roof for our home (after the inspector uncovered some hail damage). We're thrilled with the home we purchased and grateful that we found Susan and her team. We won't hesitate to call Susan, should we ever need to sell our home or buy a new one.

We recently used Susan to buy a downtown condo at the W. Being from out of state and with limited travel available we were totally dependent on her as our eyes, ears and nose. Moving very quickly she took our wants and immediately got to work visiting the buildings that had potential and cataloging availability, pricing, amenities, floor plans, views and the like. She presented us the findings in a very organized and easy to understand format. Once we narrowed our focus to a building she helped us pick the units that best met our goals and make a compelling offer in our comfort zone. We were able to close on our unit quickly and get to work furnishing. We couldn't be more excited about the condo location and cost both of which we attribute to Susan's professional and friendly guidance.

Susan Avant is a true professional in her field. We had tried another agent for 3 months and our house not only didn't sell, but it wasn't being shown very much. When Susan took over the listing, she handled every detail. She handled "Open Houses" and our house was shown numerous times each week and weekend. Susan made sure it had the exposure it needed. She always provided prompt feedback. We felt like we were being kept abreast of what was going on along the way. And she got us an acceptable contract in less than 30 days. Whatever Susan didn't handle herself, her very reliable assistant, Whitney did. They make a great team, working diligently on your behalf. We would never buy OR sell a house again without using Susan. She's the real deal!

Working with Monica was fantastic. She and the team were extremely responsive throughout the whirlwind home-buying adventure. She was super laid back about which homes we wanted to visit and things we liked during the tours, but always had or could get any information about the properties we asked for. As first time buyers, we were pleased to have a realtor as kind as Monica!

We used Susan as our realtor in our recent move from Birmingham. She was terrific, very easy to get along with, incredible attention to detail and very accessible as we were living out of state. We house hunted in Austin twice, and she made great use of our time with tours of the area and appropriate houses to scout. She was helpful with the negotiations and determining fair market value for the home. As we were out of town, Susan was at our new home during the inspection; she recommended contractors for the repairs and coordinated the majority of them. She even provided helpful referrals for doctors, hairdressers, etc. and left us a goody bag at our new house filled with Austin goodies. It was a great experience working with her, and I highly recommend her services.
